to IGI Airport (Delhi), offering seamless air-to-ground connectivity for time-sensitive and high-
value cargo.
We are seeking an experienced Air Cargo Sales professional to position our logistics parks as
the preferred off-airport air freight hub for existing air freight forwarders, express couriers,
and logistics operators. The role focuses on attracting forwarders to operate their air cargo
activities (consolidation, deconsolidation, customs clearance, value-added services) from our
parks.
Job Summary
This is a hybrid field + desk sales role focused on B2B sales to air freight forwarders and
logistics companies. You will promote our logistics parks as an efficient, cost-effective, and
compliant base for air cargo operations — enabling forwarders to reduce dwell time, lower costs,
and improve service levels compared to on-airport facilities.
The ideal candidate brings deep air freight domain knowledge and existing relationships with
forwarders, which they will leverage to drive leasing inquiries and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target existing air freight forwarders, express operators, 3PLs, and logistics
companies handling air cargo in Delhi-NCR and North India.
Position FWS logistics parks as the ideal off-airport air freight hub — highlighting
proximity to IGI Airport, faster turnaround, cost savings, and superior infrastructure.
Conduct client visits, site tours, and presentations to showcase how our parks solve
forwarders’ pain points (dwell time, storage costs, compliance, scalability).
Build and nurture long-term relationships with forwarders to secure warehouse leasing
commitments (short-term or long-term).
Prepare tailored proposals and quotations for logistics park space, value-added services
(bonded/non-bonded areas, temperature-controlled zones if available, screening, etc.).
Achieve monthly/quarterly leasing targets (sq.ft leased, revenue from forwarder clients).
Stay updated on air freight trends, airline capacities, trade lanes, customs regulations, andindustry events.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales pipeline and performance
reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
5–8 years of proven experience in air freight forwarding sales, air cargo sales, or air
logistics business development.
Strong existing network of air freight forwarders, express couriers, 3PLs, and
importers/exporters in Delhi-NCR and North India.
Deep understanding of air cargo operations (AWB, IATA regulations, dangerous goods,
perishables, high-value shipments, customs processes).
Experience in consultative B2B selling and ability to articulate how warehousing
infrastructure supports air freight efficiency.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce or similar), MS Office, and logistics/freight
software.
Willingness to travel frequently within NCR and North India.
Graduate degree (preferably in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field).
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-growing
company.
