Compensation: Up to ₹60,000 per month (flexible for the right candidate)
Role Overview
The Estate Manager will take full ownership of the logistics park site, ensuring the facility remains fullyoperational, safe, and maintained at optimum efficiency at all times. Therole involves managing infrastructure, utilities, security, housekeeping, andpreventive maintenance while coordinating with tenants, vendors, and internalteams.
Key Responsibilities
Site Ownership & Operations
- Act as the single point of ownership for the logistics park, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and optimal facility performance.
- Ensure all infrastructure and utilities across the park remain operational, well maintained, and compliant with safety standards.
- Oversee and streamline all maintenance and repair activities to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Identify potential operational risks or infrastructure issues and proactively flag them while recommending preventive maintenance solutions.
Facility & Infrastructure Management
Responsible for maintenance andupkeep of all infrastructure across existing and upcoming logistics parks andoffices of FWS Group, including but not limited to:
Warehouse Infrastructure
- Floor, roof, firefighting doors, shutters, dock levelers, washrooms
- Louvers, insulation, polycarbonate skylights, turbo ventilators
- Gutters, walls, cladding and other structural components
External Infrastructure
- Internal roads, plinth protection, kerb stones
- Fire exit staircases, security cabins, park entrance gates, boom barriers
- Electrical rooms, pump rooms, offices, labour toilets and dining areas
Utilities & Technical Systems
Oversee maintenance and functioning of:
- Electrical infrastructure (internal & external wiring, panels, transformers, DG sets)
- Firefighting systems including pumps, hydrants, sprinkler systems, and emergency alarms
- Plumbing systems including washrooms, stormwater drainage, rainwater harvesting pits
- Septic tanks and sewage treatment plants (STP)
Security& Housekeeping Management
- Manage security and housekeeping team,including their rosters, deployment, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems, access control, and park security protocols.
- Prevent and monitor issues related to pilferage, trespassing, and safety violations.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the entire park including warehouses and common areas.
Landscape & External Area Maintenance
- Maintain landscape areas and external surroundings of the logistics park to ensure proper upkeep and aesthetics.
Compliance & Government Approvals
- Maintain up-to-date records of all statutory approvals and certifications related to the parks.
- Coordinate with local statutory bodies and government offices for timely renewal of approvals and licenses.
Tenant & Stakeholder Coordination
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with tenant warehouse managers and address operational issues at the ground level.
- Coordinate daily with local estate managers and vendors for smooth facility operations.
Reporting & Systems
- Prepare and submit MIS reports as per management schedule.
- Share preventive maintenance plans and cost estimates with management.
- Ensure daily data entry and updates in the ERP system for facility management and related activities.
