jOB dESCRIPTION

As the General Manager of Leasing, you will be the driving force behind the occupancy andrevenue growth of FWS’s premium logistics parks. This is a high-stakes, high-energy role for astrategic closer who understands that industrial leasing is about more than just square footage—it’s about building the backbone of global supply chains.You will lead the charge in identifying high-value tenants, leveraging an extensive brokernetwork, and navigating complex negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.Key Responsibilities Asset Monetization: Drive the end-to-end leasing process for existing logistics parks toensure 100% occupancy with high-quality corporate tenants. Broker Ecosystem Management: Cultivate and leverage a robust network ofinternational and local IPCs (International Property Consultants) and independent brokersto maintain a steady pipeline of inquiries.

Direct Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pitch to “Enterprise” clients (e.g., E-commerce giants, 3PLs, Manufacturers, and Retailers). Site Inspections & Travel: Frequent travel to various logistics parks to conduct sitetours with prospective clients and visit corporate offices for high-level negotiations.

Documentation & Closure: Oversee the drafting and finalization of Letters of Intent(LOIs) and Lease Agreements, ensuring all commercial terms align with companyinterest and legal standards. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industrial trends, competitor pricing, and regionaldemand shifts to position FWS as the market leader.What We Are Looking For

Experience: 10–15 years in Industrial, Commercial, or Warehouse Leasing. Specificexperience in Warehouse leasing is highly preferred. The Network: A “black book” of active contacts within the broker community andlogistics industry. Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
