We are a leading infrastructure and Warehouse development organization based out of Delhi. Established in 2007, we own about 5 million square feet of Logistics Park in North India. We are working in over 5 large states of India and are expanding our footprint to other states.
Roles & Responsibilities for FWS Group Entities:
1. Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere.
2. Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.
3. Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
4. Create and maintain updated documents and spread sheets.
5. Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
6. Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc.
7. Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks.
8. Perform inventory of office supplies & order what is needed.
9. Monitor and log office expenses and costs.
10. Admin Responsibilities:- Courier & Stationary records, Organising events like birthdays, festivals adhoc event as required.
11. Accounting Entries (Training will be provided)
12. ERP Entries (Training will be provided)
13. Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and maintaining recruitment records.
14. Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing documentation and facilitating orientation programs.
15. Handle basic HR inquiries from employees and external parties, directing more complex issues to the appropriate HR personnel.
Candidate Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or diploma or equivalent.
2. 5 -7yrs work experience in a front office setting and 2-3 years experience in in assisting HR operations.
3. Strong working knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
4. Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment.
5. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
6. Fluent in English and Outstanding communication skills.
7. Great organizational and multitasking abilities.
